Pollack and chips was incredible! The batter was nice and crispy and the fish was very fresh. Our server was very nice and overheard that we wanted to share our fish and chips, so she split it on to two plates. The wings were great and they gave us one extra. My girlfriend and I highly recommend eating here!

Great food and reasonable prices

I've been going to this place for about 8 years now we've had the fish and chips which were pretty good but what makes us keep coming back is the hoagie it is amazing! Definitely worth the 15 dollars!

Its a great place to go for a meal or to get out for a drink. Theres lots to choose from on the menu. The staff is great.

One of my favorite spots in Penetanguishene. Always very timely and friendly service. Delicious food and very fair portion sizes. I make sure to stop in every time I'm around. Really enjoyable atmosphere and great selection of menu items.

Ordered Tiger shrimp meal ($20 inc tax) but it was more like "fries meal". Service was really good but the food was not worth.

This place is nice my fiance loves their fish I love Hutch's on the beach fish way better than this place but Hutch's on the beach is greasy but it's so good but when we do go here I will eat something

Super friendly! Since day one they've treated me amazing, I walked in one Sunday when the restaurant down the road was full...and I've never looked back. I wish I had found this place ages ago. The second time I went back myself and my partners orders had been memorized, welcomed back with open arms and don't even get me started on the food. Fantastic!!! Fresh!! It's the jewel of downtown penatang. Prices are awesome. I highly highly recommend.

It was ok, the pan fried fish I had for $10 was good value, the jumbo hotdog I thought was ok. Massive portions though!

I bought all you can eat fish and chips. Fish was super crispy lots of meat. I had them on top of Greek salad, was great. Flying monkey beer was tasty too. Thanks Ken!

Great food great service

Excellent food and friendly staff. We ate lunch here after a morning at Discovery Harbour. Highly recommend.

Food is the same quality as it was when I was a kid going there and just tastes like they care. Gravy is literally the exact same as it was from 20 years ago and service is great.

I had the chicken souvlaki dinner. It was large and delicious. Had to bring some home.

The Monday two fish and chip dinners for $19 was very worthwhile and Courtney gave excellent service. The larger dining room in the back has a nice local ambiance with comfortable seating and a gorgeous oak bar.

The food here was very good. Waitress was very nice. Had a very good time here with friends. If you have a big party call in advance though.

Great service friendly environment

I ordered the pickerel. Fresh from Georgian Bay and pan seared perfectly! The beer was cold and service was fantastic, would go again in a heart beat

Fantastic place to eat. Take a healthy appetite with you as the servings are large. We also had a very welcoming waitress who also gave us a bit of the history of the place. I also should mention what a beautiful ladies room they had, it was an unexpected treat, with a chandelier you might find in someone’s home. It also had a nice sink and was very nicely decorated. I wish I had taken some pictures.

Had dinner there tonight August 19 2019 and the service was excellent and the food was great as well. The pan fried pickerel was tasty and portion size was good. My wife had the cod dinner. ( no need for tarter sauce here) the fries were home cut and peeled on premises just like the old chip trucks. The chowder was good and the spinach dip was good as well. Maybe more spinach inside next time. Our waitress gave me a sample of the gravy when I mentioned poutine and it was tasty as well as home made. She was outstanding. I would recommend this place and we will be returning. Its great when the service and the food are at the same high level.

If you are in Penetanguishene this is the place you want to go to. Dynamite fish and chips huge portions. Bar area is top notch. Hoggies are my favorite. These guys do it the best. Always order a side of mushroom caps wow.

Service was great, portions are great, but my fish and chips were a little soggy. The gravy is amazing!! I hear it's better when Ken is on the fryer.... Definitely worth a visit!!Will upgrade my review when I've had a chance to have Ken's cooking!! 😁👍

Had the battered pickerel, fresh and well cooked. 3rd here, haven't been disappointed.

The Sunday buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and amazing. A great place to have a bite and share with friends!

Food is good and fast, the place is nice and clean, service is the problem for me. In the past two visits, basic things haven't been taken care of: cream and sugar for coffee, refills for coffee, extra napkins, asking if I would like anything else when the meal is done, straw for my little one. I'm always understanding to wait staff, I know things can get busy, but it wasn't. Ken's has been one of my favorite places, but my last two visits will be my last for a while, I hope management can correct the wait staff problem soon.

Great food, friendly service, excellent prices

I have had some difficult experiences as an older woman in this community, but this restaurant treated me with respect and kindness just like any other person!! And the food was affordable, tasty, all in all great!!

Good ma and pas.... It's a little pricey but affordable for two.
